Nepali Congress (NC) has sought 24-hour clarification from its Constituent Assembly (CA) member Amresh Kumar Singh. The party’s disciplinary council has asked lawmaker administrator Singh furnish clarification, according to NC Chief Secretary Rishikesh Tiwari.
